Bringing all of your documents will help to process your return quickly with the largest return possible.

For the quickest refund from the IRS, bring your Bank Routing and Account numbers so your refund can be directly deposited to your account.

If you have any of these documents, please bring them to your appointment:

  • W-2, Statement of Income

  • Notice 1444-C, Stimulus Payments

  • Letter 6419, Advanced Child Tax Credit

  • 1095-A, Proof of health insurance

  • 1098, Mortgage Interest Statement 

    • Property tax receipts

  • 1098-T, Student Education Expenses

  • 1099-G, Unemployment Payments

  • 1099-R, Retirement Payments

  • 1099-DIV, Dividend Income from Investments

  • 1099-INT, Interest Income

  • 8949, Statement of Capital Gains

  • If you have dependents 18 years old or younger please bring a recent school report or any other document that will show a presence in the country.
